Vendor Comment: We've loved living here! Over the years, we’ve enjoyed the perfect blend of city convenience and community charm. Located close to the city centre, Redland and Clifton Down train stations, and surrounded by fantastic pubs, bars, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, this area has been a delight to live in. The neighbourhood is even more vibrant than ever. Our son has loved playing in the nearby park, where he could watch the trains go by and wave at the driver and passengers. We are within walking distance to the lively Chandos Road and Cotham Hill, the expansive Durdham Downs, and the bustling Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road. The artificial turf we installed in the rear garden has been a hit with our son and his friends, allowing them to play safely (and a bonus - without getting dirty). The house itself is spacious enough to provide a quiet retreat from family noise and is perfect for working from home when needed.

The kitchen is a particularly bright and lovely space where we’ve spent many happy hours. Parking in the area has improved significantly, with spaces now reserved for permit holders and guests only, making it convenient for us and our visitors. Even though I owned a car, I found myself using it infrequently because everything we needed was so conveniently located. Eventually, I decided to sell it, enjoying the ease of walking or using public transport for most of our needs. When work took me elsewhere, we rented the house to Doctor's and nurses from nearby hospitals, never had an empty period without the house being tenanted and it proved to be very easy to let. Often tenants would ask to extend their stay/ contracts which was a good sign of how much they enjoyed living here. This home has been a wonderful place for our family, and we hope it will bring as much joy and comfort to its next owners.
