This house has been a much loved home for 20 years. It holds many happy memories of my girls growing up into wonderful young women with families of their own. The forest and South Hill Park are both close by. A parade of shops and a medical centre are within walking distance. A large supermarket just a short distance away, and the regenerated town centre a pleasure to shop and enjoy a cheeky lunch out. Easy access to both the M4 and M3 provides convenient links in most directions. It is now time for a change of scenery and a new chapter leaving my beloved home for a new family to love and grow.

This home has a lot of potential and a chance to make it your own by putting your own stamp on it, albeit ready to move into now. Great location, quiet area and surrounded by greenery. Really like the garden as its secluded and private. Would make an ideal first time purchase or investment.
