With Brick Lane's renowned range of restaurants right on your doorstep, you'll never be short of a new favourite spot. But be sure to also explore nearby Bethnal Green and Whitechapel, both with their own share of destinations for the discerning.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

Step inside to find a wide welcoming hallway, with bedroom number one on your left, a large, cream coloured double. Bedroom two is next door, a more substantial double still, plushly carpeted with peach pink walls. Back in the hallway a separate WC sits across from your bathroom, the latter elegantly finished in white metro tiling with a rainfall shower over the tub.

Your reception room comes in at an impressive 170 square feet, dual aspect with pale grey engineered vinyl underfoot and a forest green statement wall completed by a pristine white paintjob. You can access your balcony here, a stout brick affair with impressive rooftop views. Back inside and your kitchen completes things with a salmon pink, vertical letterbox splashback over wood worktops and white cabinetry.

Outside, and Brick Lane's famously diverse range of restaurants and cuisines from all around the world are at your fingertips. The original Trumans Brewery, now home to a wide choice of shopping, wining and dining options, is just as close, barely five minutes on foot from your new front door. The legendary Old Spitalfields Market, for endless fresh produce and all manner of unique finds, is just five minutes further. You're right in the heart of things here.

WHAT ELSE?

- You're surrounded by transport options, most notably Aldgate and Aldgate East tube stations are just a half mile away. Just moments apart, between them the two stations serve the Metropolitan, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines.

A WORD FROM THE OWNERS...

"This flat has been the most perfect home for two best friends over the past five years. The great location, incredible views and gorgeous space has served us so well as first time buyers. Being slap bang in the middle of Shoreditch means you’re just a stone’s throw away from Brick Lane’s curry mile, the famous Beigel Bake, iconic E Pellicci café, Spitalfields Market (Dumpling Shack is our favourite!) and Kingsland Road’s Vietnamese haven - so if you’re into food there’s no better location for you. The Deliveroo options are endless too, so you don’t even need to leave the house to be well-fed. If shopping is your thing, you’ve got all the best vintage stores and markets on your doorstep, and London’s best designer streetwear store (Goodhood) just up the road on Hanbury Street. Plus, with an abundance of amazing fitness and wellness spaces, book shops, bars and restaurants in the area – you’ll never be bored. Sundays are for strolling up through Brick Lane food market, down to Columbia Road Flower Market and Broadway Market. There’s no better East-London experience. Safety has never been an issue for us here, we feel super comfortable coming home at night because the main road is so close and there’s are always people about. Being so central also means transport links are seamless, there’s always an easy route home – or a Lime bike to hand! From the sun filled living from, to the lovely outside balcony space – the flat thrives in the summer. In the winter the double glazing means it’s never too cold, plus there’s a whole host of cosy pubs within walking distance to warm you up. Fireplaces and all! Nothing makes you feel like you’re in London more than watching London scenery on the TV, and looking out the window to see the exact same views. It’s something that never gets old, and anyone who lives here will be lucky to enjoy… especially when there’s a mega sunset – that view is phenomenal."
