There are some ingredients that are absolutely necessary in the makeup of a true family home and principal among these is space....because without enough room it is unrealistic to expect harmony to reign. This is where so many new build homes fall short, but not here!
Now, having found somewhere big enough the next consideration is the location and, does it come equipped with the sort of schools you want for your offspring? Here we have that genuine rarity, a three bedroom semi detached family home that provides all the answers and does so at a price that won't frighten the horses.
On a new estate of cleverly individual looking houses we find this attractive home. To the front is a small lawn with a row of shrubs separating it from the pavement while beside this, the block paved drive runs past the house to a substantial fence at the rear blocking access to the rear garden. There is ample space for two or even three vehicles and space around on the road for more if required.
Above the front door is a canopy style porch providing a degree of protection from the rain, not that it rains much here.
Stepping into the main hall with its attractive and hard wearing wood effect floor, immediately to our right is a door into the downstairs handy cloakroom. The bathroom, this is a beautifully turned out room offering everything you'd expect to find in here.
