It is only a short stroll to woodland and green spaces but you've got the BP and M&S just across the road for convenience. Heading a mile down one side of the Reading Road you will be in Winnersh where you have the Sainsburys supermarket, Winnersh train station and a parade of shops. Just 2.5 miles in the other direction from the home you will be in Wokingham Town Centre which has a huge variety of independent retailers, Wokingham train station and great nightlife.
