A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS;
Norlington Road – The Area
"We have loved living in Leytonstone, our area is a quiet enclave with a great community of lovely neighbours. There are numerous great places to eat and drink all within walking distance. Grab a pastry at Unity café or a great coffee from Perky Blenders at Leytonstone tube station before you jump on the Central line. The roasts at the Heathcote & Star make it the destination at the weekend and local wine bar Arch Deli is always very well stocked for good wine and delicious snacks. For drinks you can also head to Filly Brook which has an awesome sound system and space for parties.
Recently opened shops like Jo & Kesi and the hairdresser No Logo Hair means that everything you need is quite literally on your doorstep. Francis Road is a short walk away and is a great place to meet friends. Yoga studios Pause & Hot Pod Yoga are within walking distance, the local leisure centre has a great gym and big swimming pool too. For families, the area is well served with nurseries and primary schools within walking distance including George Tomlinson which has a Good ofsted rating.
Being in Leytonstone means you’re well connected on the Central Line, the house is a 7 minute walk to Leytonstone tube station or you can head to Midland Road for the overground. The recent connection to the Elizabeth Line means you can be in Central London in 35 minutes.
We will miss living in Leytonstone, the community we have here has been invaluable as we have brought up our son, we are sure the person moving in will get tons of joy from living in this beautiful, quiet house."
