Dettingen Park is a lovely quiet development on the eastern fringe of Camberley. I lived on the estate myself for 4 years and personally loved the community that has developed over the years here. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, is really well presented and would make a perfect first time buy!

Deepcut is situated on the eastern fringe of Camberley and falls under the GU16 postcode. Dettingen Park was built in 2003 and is a unique development to the area with an attractive layout centred around The Crescent, which has a large circular green with a fountain and pond at the centre. The nearby shops are located nearby on Heatherside which will cater for day to day needs, while Camberley town centre is approximately a ten minute drive away. The M3 motorway can be reached at either junction 3 in Bagshot/Lightwater or junction 4 in Camberley, both of which are approximately a fifteen minute drive away. There are ample outside spaces nearby with the Frimley Fuel Allotments directly across the road from Dettingen Park, and the Ranges behind the development.
