We fell in love with Wokingham the first time we drove through the town centre and knew we had to call it our home. There is always something going on from weekend markets, free events or tribute act festivals. With endless independent shops, cafes and restaurants after 5 years of living here we still haven't got round them all! We honestly don't think you could find a better community feel than Wokingham.
We've loved this flat that we've been lucky enough to call our first home. The layout of the kitchen/diner/ living room allows for a social hub. The island has been a personal favourite allowing us to cook while still being able to chat to friends and family. The master is a perfect size and everyone always comments on how large the en suite is. The spare room is a great home office, whilst still allowing for a double bed to be pulled out for guests. The terrace was a godsend during the long Covid lock downs, and its been enjoyed ever since!
We couldn't have asked for more from the safe and friendly neighbourhood. The flat block itself has a real sense of community, with people always willing to offer help. We often enjoy the 20 minute walk into the centre of Wokingham or the 5 minute stroll to the fab pubs! With the M4 so close too it's a great place to start your commute from.
