This is a road I have known for 57 years and lived in the property as a teenager and young adult with my parents . Solihull town centre is within 10 minutes walking distance from the house providing real convenience to restaurants and bars as well as Solihull town centre shops and offices. Indeed I worked in Solihull as a young adult and was able to walk to work which was ideal. Being a close and as the house is situated at the top of the road , it is quiet and as a young child the road was safe to play in. The properties are good size family houses.  Overall I have some very fond memories of the road and the house.
