This is a gem of a property that enjoys a fantastic semi rural position, tucked away and enjoying both exceptional rural views and a notable tranquility. It was constructed in 2019 by a well regarded local builder, who specialises in one off houses and has a well developed and impressive attention to detail.

The lane is a no through road there are also excellent walks on the doorstep, without the need to get in the car. In addition to walks along the nearby canal and across open fields via a network of public footpaths, there is also the opportunity walk to nearby Bunbury within 15 minutes, the location of the iconic parish church and the fantastic Dysart Arms pub / restaurant.

My favourite room is the open plan kitchen dining and family room. This is of outstanding specification and represents the best in modern day design and finish. Tilstone Fearnall is a quiet little village positioned favourably between the always popular and larger villages of Tarporley and Bunbury.
Tarporley is a picturesque village with a bustling High Street that offers a comprehensive range of facilities including pubs, cafes and restaurants, and numerous shops such as convenience stores, pharmacy, DIY, clothing boutiques and gift shops. Directions

From Tarporley leave in the direction of Nantwich passing the Texaco / Spa on the left hand side. Carry on and at the traffic lights take a left hand turn onto the main A49. At the `Four Lane Ends¿ crossroads (with The Rasoi Indian restaurant on your right) carry straight on. Take the first right after St Jude¿s Church onto Tilstone Bank Lane, and follow this road for a short while until you will find the subject property on your left hand side, up a slight bank and clearly marked by a Gascoigne Halman for sale board.
