When I moved to Bracknell I immediately gravitated to Warfield due to its proximity to the local countryside but with all the amenities of a small village. I still love the fact that I can just walk to Tesco if I’ve forgotten something for dinner, grab a coffee at the cafe, pop to the library, or the medical centre right next door. We’re also close to some great local pubs in Warfield and Winfield which serve some great food on those evenings we don’t want to cook.
One of the things I love most about 60 All Saints was that it felt like home from the moment I viewed the property. I loved the well proportioned space of the house, which was always enough, and the privacy of the back garden. I have always enjoyed sitting in the conservatory in the evening reading a book or listening to music whilst enjoying the garden. I hope you will enjoy the same.

This area in Warfield is fantastic, offering great access to plenty of amenities. It's just a short walk to Tesco, where you'll find a range of services, including a library and doctor's office. Families will appreciate the proximity to excellent local primary schools, such as Whitegrove Primary School and Warfield C of E. There are also nearby green spaces to enjoy such as Cabbage Hill and Larks Hill. There are also local pubs and restaurants nearby such as The Boot, Plough and Harrow and Yorkshire Rose.
The location also offers great access into town, with The Lexicon shopping center just a 1.2 mile walk away from All Saints Rise.

We always appreciate a chain-free property, and at this time of year, it’s has the potential to be extra exciting. If somebody were in the right position, there’s a real possibility of celebrating Christmas in their new home.
The house features three generously sized bedrooms, with the third bedroom being big enough to be a good sized bedroom. The utility room is an addition from the current owner and suits family life.
Some of the other homes on the development have extended over the garage to create a fourth bedroom so this could be an option worth exploring for the new owners, subject to planning permission.
