IF YOU LIVED HERE…
Spread out over 674 square feet (not including the balcony), you’ll be delighted by the proportions of this mezzanine home. The open plan reception/kitchen is brilliantly bright due to the large balcony doors. The kitchen area is sleek and modern, with smart units and integrated appliances. Both bedrooms are doubles with more thoughtful decor, while the bathroom is sparkling, with both an over-tub shower and modern fittings.
There’s plenty of storage space throughout, including a convenient built-in cupboard in the hallway. You’ll enjoy relaxing on your spacious balcony, but once you’re energised you’ll love getting out and about and exploring your neighbourhood, particularly the expansive grounds of the Olympic Park. The London 2012 Games legacy means the area is packed with top notch sports facilities such as the Lee Valley VeloPark and the London Aquatics Centre.
You’ve even got a few international bucket list destinations on your doorstep; the ABBA Arena and the ArcelorMittal Orbit. As for food and drink-based perks, you’ve got everything from the top quality chains found around Westfield, such as Bill’s and Flat Iron, to the hidden gems found around Stratford’s Market Village, such as authentic Brazilians cuisine.
WHAT ELSE?
- Less than ten minutes away on foot, you’ll find the incredibly well-connected Stratford station, which is on the Elizabeth line, Central line, Jubilee line, Overground and DLR. There’s a great selection of bus routes, too.
- New local? How about the Abbey Tap, a craft beer specialist nine minutes away on foot.
- Nearby there’s also East Bank, a unique collaboration between world-leading universities, arts and culture institutions. Sadler’s Wells, BBC and V&A are all moving into the area there, so you’re in good company.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER...
"We've lived here for 9 years and have seen Stratford develop and come to life with so much to see and do. The Lizzie line has really added to the already great transport links Stratford has to offer. The Olympic park is great to run around or stroll through and get involved in one of the many community or sports events happening. We would spend time cycling along the Greenway to the Sunday market in Victoria Park for a nice roast or take a dander along the canal to Hackney Wick for a bite to eat or a cheeky night out. Westfields and the Stratford Centre have most things covered for shopping and there is an abundance of bars, cinemas, bowling and a theatre for entertainment. The flat itself has been great to us and as our first flat, we were struck by how spacious it was compared to others we had viewed. We got to know our neighbours and have built great friendships over the years and whilst some people have moved on, the friendly vibe remains. We have a strong residents committee who work with the managing agent to keep the building up-to-date and the service costs down. We hope whoever calls this flat home in the future, makes as good memories as we have."
