Description
Situated in High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and enjoying an enviable location with far reaching countryside views, Gill Wing Farm House is one of only a small collection of attractive period, modern and converted properties, tucked away down a private road, that once served Gill Wing Farm.
Gill Wing Farm House is a characterful and unique home that is in need of modernisation and provides a wonderfully blank canvas for those ready to take on an exciting project.
The House - With accommodation set across three floors, the house is currently arranged with a kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room, conservatory and a wc and shower room on the ground floor. The first floor provides two bedrooms and a bathroom. The third floor is home to a generous attic room, presently accessed via a drop-down ladder.
The Annexe - Created in the early 2000s comprises a double bedroom, a generous reception room and a sizeable kitchen/dining room all of which open directly onto the gardens, there is also a separate shower room.
Outside - The established and well-screened gardens surround the house on three sides, with plenty of scope for the green-fingered to create wonderful formal gardens and entertaining areas.
Presently, the house can presently be accessed via Groombridge Lane and the private road to the front on foot and the driveway parking is currently accessed via the rear of the property, with a right of access over Gill Wing Farm drive.
A new Title Register and Title Plan will be created as part of the transaction.
