What attracted you to the property when you bought it?
I feel in love with the property straight away the sheer amount of space and potential to make it a family home. Also the local amenities being just 10mins walk away, with direct travel into London for work, along with the fantastic schools that my children joined at different school years. I have made some amazing friends in the area and still wish to stay part of the friendly community.
What improvements have you made to the house ?
The property has had a lot of work carried out including the following...
New Drive and drop curb extension (all approved via council)
New boiler (only 2-3years old)

What have you enjoyed about the house and area ?
The house has brought a lot of joy to me and the children. They love having the space and their own bedrooms. They love being so local to their schools just walking distance for my eldest to the secondary school and youngest to the primary school. The area is amazing with a couple of local parks for kids and dog walking, with 2 lovely pubs, a variety of shops and the train station all within walking distance but having the countryside feel of friendly people and neighbours. Although we haven't been able to stay at this home, we have made a home in Paddock Wood and wish to continue staying here.
