Offering an impressive total footprint of circa 1,520 square feet, this is a sizeable four bedroom semi-detached home in Ashton Hayes village with great potential for modernisation ¿ No chain
Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman
We are very excited to bring to market this home in Ashton Hayes which is offered with no onwards chain and comes with a lot of scope for the new owners to make it their own.
Being set along Peel Crescent the property enjoys a lovely location in the centre of Ashton Hayes. Within the village there is a community owned shop, a community owned pub that is currently under refurbishment and a very popular primary school. Further amenities are provided by the nearby villages of Kelsall, Tarvin and Mouldsworth which also offers a train station on the Chester to Manchester line.
The plot of the home comes to circa 0.13 acres in total and offers gardens to the front, side and rear of the home. The gardens enjoy pleasing levels of privacy with the rear garden getting plenty of afternoon and evening sunshine thanks to being West facing.
Internally the ground floor of the home comprises of an entrance hall, large living room, two further reception rooms with one of these also offering potential for an additional ground floor bedroom, a bathroom with shower cubicle and finally kitchen which forms part of a previous extension and is fitted with a range of units. The first floor is deceptively spacious and offers four bedrooms and a toilet.
Whilst in need of some modernisation I am sure any viewer will agree there is great potential here and with an impressive plot and square footage there is a lot to work with!
