We lived in Swifts Green Road for 18 years . We loved the spacious, traditional home to bring our daughters up in Lots of storage, with fitted wardrobes and garage. The garden is private and a great space to relax. The area is quiet with friendly neighbours
There are so many local amenities. Putteridge lower and upper schools, swimming pools and gym, local shops, restaurants, and pubs are all within walking distance. Easily accessible links to the M1, railway stations and Luton airport.
There are great walks over Stopsley Common with a great coffee stop at the Inspire Sports Village.
Hitchin a lovely market town and is on a close bus route.
We have stayed in the area moving to a bigger house as everything is so convenient. The houses are really good spacious family homes.

Such a good looking home! Bags of curb appeal and character with the bay front, which means you have a beautiful lounge to the front and the main bedroom also benefits from the bay window. Three out of the four bedrooms are super double bedrooms, with two have extensive wardrobes fitted. You have a large family bathroom and downstairs has the all important cloakroom. Across the back of the home you have a seperate dining room to the kitchen, this is set perfectly to be opened up, creating that kitchen/breakfast room with an island everybody loves, with access onto the garden. The garden is every private and has a southern aspect, grabbing the sun as much as to can. to finish off you have a separate garage to the side and driveway parking.

Given the sellers have been in this location for over 30 years, it speaks volumes! You have access via a short walk to Inspire Gym with a swimming pool. Luton airport is a 10 min drive away and the access to the M1 is superb, so for commuting to London its ideal. Local shops nearby are easily assessable and you have great schools, infant, junior and high school nearby. You don't need to travel to far to find yourself in the pretty town of Hitchen too.
