Wargrave itself is a fabulous place to live, large enough to have lots going on but still small enough to feel like a village. The station is a pleasant 8 minute walk, so you can be at Paddington within 45 minutes of leaving the house, or Henley in 15. The house is just about mid-way between the two very good pubs. There are two decent cafés just yards away and the useful general store is a ten minute walk up the hill.
