Description
No 2 forms part of a small mews development and was built in 2006 of Cotswold stone under a slate roof. The present owner has made certain improvements and the cottage presents itself as a well presented and comfortable home.
The front door opens into the hall towards a study, kitchen, cloakroom and sitting room. The full depth sitting room incorporates a multi fuel stove, French doors to the patio and is arranged to provide a separate dining area. The kitchen is well fitted and includes a breakfast area. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and the other with an en suite shower room.
Outside there is a small enclosed garden with patio area which is approached off the sitting room and externally from the side of the property. There is also private parking for one vehicle in front of the cottage.

Location
Northleach is a small historic market town situated about nine miles from the market town of Cirencester. Tucked away just off the A40, between undulating hills, it stands at a crossroads on the Roman Fosse Way, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The streets in and around the ancient market place are rich in architectural interest ranging from half-timbered Tudor houses to merchants’ stores. Northleach has an excellent variety of shops including an award-winning butcher, a vintner, a chemist and a Post Office. The town also benefits from a doctor’s surgery, primary school, nursery, a magnificent medieval church and the well-regarded Wheatsheaf Inn. A lively charter market is held every Wednesday and the Charter Fair is held annually.
Junction 11A of the M5 motorway is about 16 miles away giving access to Bristol and Birmingham, and junction 15 of the M4 about 26 miles away giving access to London.
