Owners comments...
Sevenoaks Drive was bought new by our parents and has been a much loved home for the past 27 years.
It is in a quiet cul-de-sac where homes rarely come onto the market. There is a sense of neighbourhood spirit and friendship within the close.
The mature garden has hosted many family gatherings over the years and has a lovely pergola.
Hopefully the new owners will have as many happy years here as we have.

We're delighted to be working with the sellers of this home - it's a testament to what a wonderful home it's been as they've lived there since it was built brand new in 1997, and the setting is lovely at the beginning of a prestigious cul-de-sac tucked away in Spencers Wood. As it stands you have a big living room with a bay window that lets tonnes of light flood through, leading onto the dining room and then the kitchen both at the back of the house. Upstairs you've got two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with the main room, a good size single bedroom and a family bathroom. The layout is crying out to be remodeled and extended, and there's plenty of room to do so subject to the usual planning permissions of course! This is a great opportunity for someone and we're really excited to be showcasing it!

Sevenoaks Drive is nicely tucked away not far off Basingstoke Road and is a lovely cul-de-sac of well kept detached houses. You also have various walk ways and cut-throughs taking you out to either Mays Farm Sang, which in turn leads up to Deardon fields of further down to Langley Mead Nature reserve, perfect for those that love a stroll or daily bit of green. You also have Ryeish Green Sports Hub just a short walk away, local amenities like your One Stop or Budgens and some very popular pubs too. You also have easy access into Reading or Wokingham towns, making this location perfect for convenience whilst also being able to switch off from the business of day to day life.
