We’ve always loved the location of our house. It’s easily accessible to everything - nurseries & preschool, primary school & secondary school, supermarkets, parks, Worcester for shopping and nights out, Pershore for its coffee shops! We’re also very close to Croome national trust park. We’re close to the motorway, without being so close that you hear the heavy traffic, and we now have Worcester parkway. Unfortunately, we’ve just outgrown the house and need more space! Our wooden floor (in the hallway, kitchen and utility) was laid in December 2023. The floor has been screed and damp levels were checked prior to going down. We have a 15 year warranty on the floor with Tapi. In June 2023 we had new windows and doors (except from door) throughout.
