Comments from the owner:
What made you want to buy the property?
The House is filled with character and charm nestled in Chislehurst with great rail links to London.
What do you love most about your property?
We love the character and the look of the house and love the location and the fact that we look over woodland, we don't really have neighbours as such and it feels very private.
Why are you selling?
We would like a bigger house to accommodate a parent moving in.
What do you love about the area?
The area is filled with lots of parkland and green spaces along with national trust Land. The high st is well equipped with fantastic restaurants pubs and shops. The area is also really buoyant in any market and houses really tend to hold their values whilst naturally going upon in value.
The schools are great. Our kids are very happy hence us not leaving the area. We got th itch to move elsewhere but fell back in love with our lucky London based semi rural home during lockdown. The best walks. You'd never know you were so close to London town.
