My Mum moved up from Bristol to be nearer to us and fell in love with this house. She bought it as a new build and having lived in her previous home for 50 odd years, she loved the clean, modern colour schemes. It's proximity to M&S and Tesco's was of course an added attraction, as was Aldi as they are all within walking distance. She loved the garden as it is such a suntrap and had the decking built so she could arrange all her beautiful pots full of colour. The bus routes meant she could quite easily travel to Camberley, Bracknell or Farnborough and we'd quite often see her standing at the bus stop at the end of the road. Our children were always popping in on their way home from school, and having sleepovers. It's a lovely house and I hope the new owners can make some more wonderful memories.

The third bedroom is a cosy single, perfect for a child's room or home office. Finally, there is a family bathroom which is a good size.
The garden is a good size and is a low-maintenance oasis, featuring astroturf and side access, ideal for outdoor relaxation and play.

The property is ideally situated close to Sandhurst`s amenities, which include National Trust Swinley Forest, Sandhurst Memorial Park, doctor's surgery and local shops such as Next, M&S and Tesco. As for commuters, Sandhurst station is nearby and the M3 and M4 are easily accessible.
