Welcome to our beautiful flat in Arborfield Green, a place that has brought us immense joy and comfort. We’re excited to share what makes this property so special.
We bought this flat as first-time buyers and have found it the perfect home to start our journey as homeowners. The flat itself is a manageable size and offers ample space for comfortable living. It is very peaceful and quiet, sharing no walls with any other properties and having a separate entrance off the top-floor corridor.
One of the standout features for us is the amount of natural light that floods the property. The large windows on both sides allow sunlight to create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. Additionally, on the top floor you get a lovely view from the living room looking out onto the treeline.
Arborfield Green truly lives up to its name, with abundant green space nearby. We have thoroughly enjoyed exploring the easily accessible scenic walking routes and the beautiful nearby country parks. We have made particular use of these in the past year since welcoming a puppy into our home.
With both of us working in West Berkshire, the flats’ location has made commuting very convenient with the links to major motorways. Additionally, the bus routes are very well connected to the surrounding towns, including Wokingham and Reading, which have been particularly useful.
Our time at this flat has been filled with wonderful memories and we truly believe the next owners will find as much joy living here as we have!

This isn't the first time we've had the pleasure of selling a home in Arborfield Green, this is such a popular development and the homes here are superb... This one is no different! This home really does have some great space on offer and has been extremely well loved and looked after. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great apartment but also a fantastic location with so much green space right on your doorstep.
As you can see this home has some fantastic space on offer. The apartment has stacks of storage with a large cupboard to the left as soon as you walk into the entrance hall. It also offers two double bedrooms of which our sellers have swapped around to create a perfect work from home space in the master bedroom but still enough room to have a pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom benefits from having its own well fitted, en suite shower room but you've also got an additional main family bathroom just across the hallway. One of the things we love the most is the amount of natural light you get throughout but this is evident most in the impressive open plan kitchen, living and dining room where you have light coming in from both sides, not to mention that you've got superb views over the pond too.
The kitchen is a great specification with full built in appliances such as double ovens, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. You've also got more storage in here with a handy cupboard that our sellers have turned into a pantry. It's also important to note that this home is on gas central heating meaning you also get a gas hob in the kitchen. Outside it comes with an allocated parking space but there is plenty of additional parking nearby, you've also got separate bike storage too.

Arborfield Green is such a fantastic location with acres of green space right on your doorstep. Arborfield Village has also benefitted from a great deal of redevelopment in recent years, and there are plenty of local amenities from the local Co-Op which is only a 15 minute walk away, to a new coffee shop now open, as well as other facilities to come in the near future with the introduction of 'The Hub' which will include a Sainsburys amongst other retailers. If schools are important to you then you are firmly in catchment and walking distance of the renowned Bonhunt Secondary School. One of our favourite places to get something to eat and drink is the Bull pub but you have a great variety of other options locally. Access into Wokingham, Reading and the surrounding villages is all very simple, and you're even round the corner from the Surrey/Hampshire borders as well as easy access to both M3 & M4 motorways.
