Owners comments...
When looking to buy our first home, we were drawn to Kingfisher Grove for its quiet and peaceful location, whilst also being ideal for commuting with quick access to both the M4 and M3.
When looking at the house, and surrounding area, we could immediately see ourselves living here. We decided it would be the perfect location for us to start a family, with the area being very friendly and safe. As well as great local schools, children’s parks and lovely walking spots close by.
The time has now come for us to find something more suitable for our growing family. We have loved living here for the last 6 years and will take away many happy memories.

There's are exceptional two bedroom houses in our opinion - firstly, the location is lovely; tucked away in a small cul-de-sad and with open fields with grazing horses just at the end. Secondly, you've got a lovely big entrance hall and a downstairs loo, something not always guaranteed with houses of this size. The kitchen is lovely bright and modern, then you've got a living/dining room spanning the width of the house towards the back, with a conservatory giving that extra bit of space downstairs too. Upstairs there's two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and a nice family bathroom in the middle. The landing space is also lovely and spacious making this feel so much more than a little two bedroom house! There's allocated parking for two cars right out the front, and the garden is perfectly low maintenance.

Three Mile Cross is great location, offering the best of both worlds here, you have some fantastic countryside walks so close by and you can easily forget you are just a few minutes from Reading town centre itself. You have various local amenities within the village and some popular schools, making it a great area for families. There are bus links including Mereoak Park and Ride taking you directly into Reading and you are so well connected with the A33 and junction 11 of the M4 on your doorstep and lets not forget how close you are to Green Park Business district & train link, making this an excellent commuter spot for London too.
