"I'm the 3rd owner of this property, it was owned by the original family up to 2013, the second owner sold the property to me in 2014. I'm moving due to work and family commitments, and will be sorry to say goodbye to this lovely home.

The property is a great investment for whoever buys it. Rental is easy to achieve, with professionals from Airbus/Southmead Hospital always looking in the area, or you can work directly with Healthcare agencies to provide a room for visiting Nurses/Doctors (they pay great rates for short term lodging!).

. I rarely have a problem finding a parking space close by on Southmead Road.
This has been my favourite location to live in Bristol (I've lived all round the city). It's a 5 minute drive to the M5 for escaping to Cornwall, or onto the M4 heading towards London, and it is only a 25 minute drive to arrive in Wales! Filton Abbeywood train station is within walking distance, or Parkway station is a short drive.
Baddocks Wood round the corner is great for Dog walks, the downs are a 25 minute walk or 5 minute cycle away. Public transport is plentiful with Southmead Hospital acting as a hub for many bus routes.
Horfield Sports centre is a 10 minute walk, or the Bawa sports centre is a 5 minute walk and has a big field out front which is great for morning runs.
