Discover new homes sewn in history
Cotton Gardens is steeped in history. For many years, it was home to a cotton spinning mill since its construction in 1875. Cotton flourished in Bolton from it’s roots, from the Flemish weavers who settled here, to the boom of the industrial revolution which saw Bolton have the largest and most productive cotton spinning in the world at the time.
Woven into the history of the town, the building as it stands today, previously known as Union Mill, is getting a new lease of life after it finished production in 1976. Keeping the original façade, the building as it has stood will now be home to a range of stylish apartments. Are you ready to be part of the new era of Cotton Gardens?
