We fell in love with this house on our first viewing. It felt like home from the moment we stepped through the door. The house feels so cozy and has been a great home to our growing family. We are only choosing to leave as we now need more space.
Our favourite thing about the area is how close it is to local shops and North Lake. We love outdoor persuits and this area is great for walking/running. We also enjoy cycling to Swinley Forest. We hope that whoever moves into this house next, makes as many happy memories as we did here!

I really love the positioning of this house, the drive up to it feels very private and is surrounded by trees and leafy green spaces wherever you look. You have a nice front garden leading up to the house, with storage (perfect for those amazon deliveries!) by the front door - some houses have enclosed this area to create a porch before the hallway. Through the front door there's the kitchen to the left, over looking the front garden, with the stairs to the right, and a lovely spacious living/dining room to the rear that opens into the garden. The garden is ideal for a house this size and is so private with trees lining the back. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a bathroom, with the main bedroom spanning the whole width of the property at the back. There's plenty of residents parking and you've also got a garage in a nearby block.

The drive up to this property feels quite special with well-manicured lawns and detached homes on an elevated position overlooking South Hill Park. The location is very accessible for everything from The Village Hotel with a Starbucks, Bracknell Leisure Center, Swinley Forest, Coral Reef, Sainsbury's Superstore... the list goes on! You're just a couple of miles from Bracknell Town Centre and commuting is easy via both M3 & M4 corridors with both within easy reach.
