This generous room makes for a sociable area, allowing plenty of room for a sofa set and dining table and chairs. A separate kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base cupboards and drawers, along with an electric oven and induction hob with extractor canopy over. Here, space is provided for a washing machine and freestanding fridge/freezer with a stainless steel sink/drainer embedded within ample worksurface space.
Both bedrooms are located towards the opposite end of the reception area, each served by a family bathroom which is equipped with a WC, wash hand basin and an enclosed shower cubicle. Bedroom one is a comfortable double room while the second bedroom is also a double but accesses the rear garden via a door to the patio. The garden is a real bonus, considering the style of property in the area rarely comes complete with its' own private outside space.

It is fully enclosed with fenced borders and a pedestrian gate at the side providing rear access.
