What the vendors had to say about their lovely home
What made you buy the property in the first place?
We spent a couple of years looking to find our first home. 13 Rushdene was in need of complete refurbishment but it was the most spacious and largest property we viewed in our budget, and we loved the location.
What have we done to the property?
We have completely refurbished 13 Rushdene. It had a new boiler and gas central heating system fitted in 2021. It has been completely rewired in 2021. All new windows and doors replaced in 2023, new bathroom and kitchen in 2021, and redecorated and modernised throughout.
What have we enjoyed about living here?
We have loved living at 13 Rushdene. It’s a very quiet cul de sac. We have lovely neighbours and everyone is very friendly, and there is a local park, shops, schools, library and swimming pool
