Boasting a popular location within Tattenhall village and benefitting from no onwards chain, an extended three bedroom semi-detached house with driveway, single garage, front and rear gardens and great potential
Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman
Coming to market for the first time in over 40 years, this semi-detached home has been enjoyed by the current owners as their family has grown up over the years. Following their happy life here they are now looking to move on and thanks to their circumstances the home is being sold with the added benefit of no onwards chain.
The location is excellent, positioned near the centre of Tattenhall village, along the popular Keysbrook road, the home enjoys easy access to the local amenities, parks and school and as such it is no surprise the house has served the family so well over the years.
Pleasingly, the owners extended the property to the rear many years ago and as such it now offers additional living space to the ground floor which consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, garden room and shower room. The first floor houses the three bedrooms, two of which being double size with the third a comfortable single or home office as required, and a further toilet. It is expected the new owners will look to modernise the property to suit their tastes and there is plenty of potential here to make the house your own.
Externally, there is driveway parking to the front with a lawn garden whilst at the rear can be found the detached single garage for excellent storage space as well as the rear garden that is split into patio, lawn and bedding areas.
