The Town of Cradley Heath (population of 14,000) is located on the southern edge of the Black Country conurbation where the West Midlands borders Worcestershire. It has good communication links via the M5 motorway of which junctions 2 and 3 are within close proximity.

Historically the town expanded during the Industrial Revolution and was notable for chain making and nail manufacturing. It is the home of multiple businesses including manufacturing and engineering companies and has become a popular residential area for those working in the larger nearby towns.

In the heart of the community and found just off the B4513 in a cul-de-sac location is the subject property. It is a purpose built pub probably dating back to the late nineteenth century which is surrounded by a residential area constructed mainly during the 60s'. The pub is designed for ease of management having an interesting three section open plan bar area arranged around a central servery, children's room and excellent trade gardens. There is ample owners accommodation at first floor.

GROUND FLOOR
