I loved living in this flat, the rooms are well proportioned so it never felt crowded, and my kids loved it. What I loved about it most was that although it was protected from the wind, you got excellent sunlight into the living room and master bedroom in the afternoons.
The flat was always warm, and did not need a lot of heating (unless you want it tropical of course!). The other flats have nice people and it always felt like a community, especially as it is in a cup-de-sac so you get no through traffic. In terms of location, although it feels secluded, you are just off the A4, and a couple of minutes from the motorway.
If I wanted to get to the train station it is a straightforward 13 minute walk to the station. I am going to miss the flat, it has a lot of happy memories for me.
