With a fireplace on the side wall and plenty of space for a three piece, there is room here for all your furniture and a large space on the wall to fix your huge TV, which is all the fashion now!
Connecting onto the lounge is the dining area, sectioned off by a rolling wooden frosted glass door. This is a generous sized room that can easily accommodate a six seat table, but with the handy roller door, if you required more people to be seated, you could edge easily into the lounge space. A large window looks out over the rear aspect and lets plenty of light back in.
A door from the dining room opens up into the kitchen. It's much larger than a galley kitchen but could do with some modernisation and fresh ideas to bring it more in line with the 21st Century. If it was me buying, I'd get a professional builder round and look to knocking the wall out between the kitchen and dining room, to create a large social space for entertaining...and while this kitchen needs replacing, now would be the best time to do it.
A very large window overlooks the side aspect of the home and offers some lovely far reaching views over Flintshire.
A frosted glass door opens up to the rear garden with a balcony that wraps around the side of the home to the rear garage door and then offers steps that lead down to the grass.
From the kitchen another door opens up into the entrance hallway. I have been in a similar home to this where this door has been blocked off to give more usable space inside the kitchen, the choice is there if you wanted to do that.
Upstairs we go to a bright and spacious landing, leading to the bedrooms and bathroom.
If we start with the smallest, it is by far one of the biggest 'box rooms' I've ever seen. Rare to find one where the staircase doesn't cut out a large section of the floor!
Both of the other bedrooms area very decent size. Well lit with huge windows and space enough for plenty of storage and large beds. The back bedroom has built in wardrobe which add more space for free standing furniture of your choice.
The family bathroom is a good size, and has all of the usual suspects that you'd expect to find in there, toilet, freestanding sink, panelled bath with electric power shower above, chrome heated towel rail and a frosted window to allow light in and keep prying eyes out. I like to have a bathroom that no one else has used before so, if it was me, I'd change this as it's starting to look a little tired now - but it still works and I'm sure could last another 20 years if you wanted.
The garden is in need of some green fingers. It's a decent sized space where with a little thought could be beautiful, but for now it's quite muddy and bland. It is however, backing onto nobody, so very private and enclosed.....basically a blank canvass for you to do with as you so desire....just like the rest of the home! What you are buying here is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and at a price we can afford.

All in all this is a very well proportioned family home in a quiet Cul-de-Sac sitting in a good area, close to shops, the A55 and Broughton shopping retail park. Consisting of three decent bedrooms, a large lounge with separate dining room, which is sectioned off by a glass panelled sliding door, the kitchen needs modernisation and while doing so you could open the dining room / kitchen up to create a spectacular space for entertaining, there's an attached garage, an enclosed garden but all of this really could do with some serious revamping.....although some new carpets, a fresh coat of paint and a good clean would be a great start! Priced to sell, homes like this don't come along too often, especially in this area.....
